Home pest control
Pest control for the house, four times a year
Ants, spiders, roaches, wasps and mice usually come in the same few ways. We look for those first, treat where we find activity and write down what we saw.
What's included
Four visits a year, outside and inside where we find activity
Wasp and hornet nests on the outside of the house
A written report after every visit
Re-service between visits for what we treated

A visit
What happens at each visit
Step 1: Inspect
The outside walls, the foundation, the doors and windows, the crawlspace vents and the mulch beds.
Step 2: Identify
We name what we find so the treatment fits the pest, not the other way around.
Step 3: Treat
A licensed applicator treats the entry points and where activity is, using each product the way its label says.
Step 4: Report
A written report goes into your account the same day, with what we found and what we applied.
Before and after
What to do before and after
Before
Clear the baseboards in the rooms we'll treat inside and tell us about pets that roam.
After
Keep people and pets away from treated areas for the time on the label, and we tell you what that is.
Between visits
Text us if you see activity. We come back to what we treated at no charge while your plan is active.
Questions
Questions about home pest control
How many visits is a year?
Four, about one a season. The dates are in your account.
What about kids and pets?
We can't promise that, and nobody who follows the label should. Licensed applicators use each product the way its label says. We tell you what we applied, where, and how long to keep people and pets off a treated lawn; the label sets that time. Ask for the product list for your visit and we'll send it.
How long until I see a difference?
Most homes see less pest activity within a couple of weeks, though it varies with the pest and the house. A lawn changes over a season, not a week, and weather and watering matter as much as the visits do.
What if pests or weeds come back between visits?
Tell us, and we come back and re-treat what is named on your visit report at no charge while your plan is active. The terms are under the bundle table; they don't cover pests or weeds we didn't treat for, or turf lost to drought, disease, heavy use or watering.
