Everything on one invoice

Bundles are priced for a home up to 2,500 square feet on a lawn up to 8,000 square feet; larger properties are priced at the first visit. Each bundle is twelve equal monthly payments on one invoice. The pest service has a one-time first-visit fee, written on your quote and not in the monthly figure. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and pay through the end of that month. Guarantee terms: between visits we come back and re-treat the pests or weeds named on your visit report at no charge while your plan is active. It doesn't cover pests or weeds we didn't treat for, or turf lost to drought, disease, heavy use or watering. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance.

What changes when the house and the yard share a company

Most households with both a pest plan and a lawn plan pay two companies. Here is the same year with one.

What customers say about one account

“We used to get a pest bill and a lawn bill in different weeks. Now the card is charged once, and the notes about the ants and the crabgrass are in the same place.”

Anselm P.Pest + Lawn

“I asked about the ants at the edge of the patio and the same technician looked at the mulch and the foundation. That was new for me.”

Prudence H.Pest

“The calendar told me the week of each lawn visit, and the text the day before told me the day. I stopped keeping track myself.”

Leopold G.Whole yard

“I cancelled the lawn visits for one summer with a single message and picked them back up in the fall.”

Questions

Questions we hear before the first visit

How much does a bundle cost?

Each bundle is a flat amount a month. The size of the house, the size of the lawn and how it has been kept decide where your price lands, and we write it down at the first visit before any work starts.

How often do you come?

Four pest visits a year, about one a season. The lawn program has seven visits between March and November. Mosquito and tick treatments run every three weeks from April to October.

What about kids and pets?

We can't promise that, and nobody who follows the label should. Licensed applicators use each product the way its label says. We tell you what we applied, where, and how long to keep people and pets off a treated lawn; the label sets that time. Ask for the product list for your visit and we'll send it.

How long until I see a difference?

Most homes see less pest activity within a couple of weeks, though it varies with the pest and the house. A lawn changes over a season, not a week, and weather and watering matter as much as the visits do.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the outside of the house or the lawn; we leave a report. For an inside visit, we agree on a window and text you the day before.

What if pests or weeds come back between visits?

Tell us, and we come back and re-treat what is named on your visit report at no charge while your plan is active. The terms are under the bundle table; they don't cover pests or weeds we didn't treat for, or turf lost to drought, disease, heavy use or watering.

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. Cancel with 30 days' notice and pay through the end of that month. To pause lawn visits for a season, send a message from your account; there is no fee to pick them back up.

Do you handle termites?

Termite treatment is a separate service and isn't in a bundle. We can inspect and quote it. A termite report says what we saw on the day; it is not a guarantee about what comes next.

Where do you serve, and when can you come?

The towns are listed above, on both sides of the state line. First visits are usually booked within the week; we can tell you the day when you call.
